    I've read 5 of the book's 16 chapters so far in preparation for an interview with the author and have found it to be very practical and well written.

    I especially like the free Fire Path Guide she links to early in the book. I highly recommend printing it out and filling it in as you read along. You'll find doing so extremely valuable.

    There's even a podcast she's created (Kate's Take) where each of the book's chapters is an episode in the podcast. For $2.99, what's not to like?

    Despite a few typos here and there and the repetitive messages that only contribute to make this a longer read, this ebook does a good job at describing some of the steps taken by the now famous podcaster John Lee Dumas: his approach to creating a business from the ground up and the ways to find your way to monetization. Even though at times the book feels like a long advertorial to EntrepreneuronFire's products, Kate manages to tell the story of her boyfriend and the way he built a six figure a month business by solving a pain he himself felt ovr a year ago. Even though I have to admit I stopped listening to Johns' podcast a few months ago because I got a little bit tired of the kind of constrained format of the interviews, this book led me to go back and give Entrepreneur on Fire a second chance. Buy the book only if your are looking for a light read on entrepreneurship written with the best intentions and some valuable pieces of advice sprinkled here in there.

    I really love Kate Erickson's voice. Not only is the information in The Fire Path well organized and presented, all of the advice and insights are from her direct experience in building her business with John Lee Dumas. I am so impressed with her vulnerability, and willingness to share mistakes. I learned so much from this book.

    I have listened to the Kate's Take Podcast and already heard the Fire Path, but I wanted the book so I can go through each chapter, along with the steps and apply it to my own business.

    If you are just starting out on your own entrepreneurial journey, or you are on the path but need some guidance, this is a great book for you. I can't wait to see what is next from this emerging thought leader!

    This is truly a beginners guide. It gives you the 30,000 overview of the steps she and her partner took to build their successful online business. It is well worth a read if you are starting out. Just be aware that it is only one path of the many you can take. It's a long journey to online success and this book is just one of the many steps you'll need to take. (I've been growing my online business to where I do it full time now. I read a lot to get insights from wherever I can. If you already have some skin in the game you probably won't get much from this book.) Again, well worth your time and small money investment if you are at the start line.
